70% Rubusoside Sweet Tea Extract is a natural sweetener extracted from the dried leaves of Rubus suavissimus S.Lee, standardized to contain minimum 70% rubusoside quantified by HPLC. Rubusoside belongs to diterpene glycosides, delivering clean sweet taste with slight natural herbal aftertaste. It is about 200–300 times sweeter than sucrose and features zero calories, non-cariogenic property.
This product is off-white to light yellow fine powder, freely soluble in water. It can partially or fully replace cane sugar, high fructose corn syrup and artificial sweeteners, masking bitter or off-notes in formulations.
