Crocin Extract Powder is a natural water-soluble carotenoid glycoside extracted from Crocus sativus L. or Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. The main active ingredient is α-Crocin (CAS: 42553-65-1).

The product is a reddish-brown to deep red fine powder, easily soluble in water and ethanol, presenting a stable golden-orange color solution.
