Silkworm Pupa Peptide Powder is an animal-derived peptide ingredient produced from high-quality Bombyx mori silkworm pupae through controlled biological enzymatic hydrolysis.

The whole production process includes raw material screening, cleaning and degreasing, protein extraction, segmented enzymatic hydrolysis, high-temperature enzyme deactivation, decolorization & deodorization, membrane separation purification, concentration, and final spray drying to obtain finished powder. The manufacturing process breaks large-molecule silkworm pupa protein into small molecular peptide fragments, retaining various natural amino acids and trace nutritional components from raw materials. Two grades are available: food grade and cosmetic grade. Refined deodorization treatment reduces inherent raw odor, with stable impurity control. No extra flavor, pigment, preservative or other exogenous substances are added during production. The powder features good flowability and excellent cold-water solubility, suitable for aqueous formulation systems. This product is hygroscopic. Keep it sealed in cool, dark and dry storage, away from high temperature and humidity. Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life is 24 months.
